We are seeking a detail\-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support and ensure efficient operation in our office environment.
Responsibilities
\- Perform general office tasks such as answering phones, managing emails, and greeting visitors
\- Maintain office filing and storage systems
\- Assist in scheduling appointments and meetings
\- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
\- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
\- Assist with data entry and record maintenance
\- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for staff
\- Support the team with various administrative tasks as needed
Experience
\- Proficient in computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
\- Experience with phone systems and handling calls professionally
\- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
\- Previous experience in office management or administrative roles is a plus
\- Familiarity with calendar management and scheduling appointments
\- Knowledge of medical or dental receptionist duties is advantageous
Pay: $15\.00 \- $18\.00 per hour
