Overview
We are looking for a reliable and detail\-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our Account Payable team. This is an entry\-level role that includes basic administrative tasks and support with invoice processing.
No advanced accounting experience is required—we are willing to train the right candidate. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start or grow their career in an office setting. Must be available to work 100 percent in house, at our Corona location, no remote or hybrid option.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter and organize invoice information in company systems
- Assist with matching invoices to purchase orders and receipts
- Scan, file, and maintain organized records (digital and paper)
- Help track invoices and follow up on missing information
- Communicate with vendors and team members as needed
- Support simple data entry and record updates
- Assist with expense reports and basic payment preparation
- Perform general office tasks such as filing, copying, and document organization
- Help with other administrative tasks and projects assigned
- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous office or administrative experience is a plus, but not required
- Computer skills (Microsoft Office, especially Excel)
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable and able to manage time effectively
- Corona Office, In person

- 8\-hour shift, OT as needed
