  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Analyze client data to recommend suitable insurance products, utilizing analysis skills to identify opportunities for cross\-selling or upselling.
  • Requirements

  • Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or insurance sales with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, capable of explaining complex policies in an understandable manner.
  • Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills with experience in sales administration and benefits administration processes.
  • Ability to analyze client needs using analysis skills to tailor insurance solutions appropriately.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations is a plus for handling sensitive health\-related information responsibly.
  • Familiarity with telemarketing techniques and marketing strategies to generate leads and promote products.
  • Customer service orientation with a proactive approach to building long\-term client relationships.
