Assistant Pickleball Tournament Direct
EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY
The Orem Recreation Department is currently hiring for an Assistant Pickleball Tournament Director. This is a part\-time, non\-benefited position at the Orem Fitness Center that is also responsible for helping run and organize pickleball tournaments. Performs other duties as assigned.
SALARY
$12\.00 \- $15\.00 per hour depending upon qualifications and experience.
SCHEDULE
Mornings, afternoons, evenings outdoor at any Orem City Pickleball court and/or indoor at the Orem Fitness Center. Up to 28 hours per week.
QUALIFICATIONS
Requires knowledge of Pickleball. Also requires experience teaching, developing, organizing, and planning curriculum for youth/adult pickleball skills classes, leagues, tournaments, and camps. Must comply with the Recreation Department dress, personal appearance, and tattoo policy. The successful candidate will be required to pass a pre\-employment drug screen and criminal background investigation.
Tournament day times range from 7:00 am\-10:00 pm
