We are a small family\-owned business looking for help with running a busy home office. In this role, you would be working closely with the Vice President and Chief Technology Officer (husband and wife duo) to carry out a variety of personal and business related tasks. Tasks include, but not limited to, answering phones, responding to emails, scheduling shipments, packing orders, running local errands and small household chores.

Responsibilities
- Act as first point of contact and answer incoming calls
- Organize email inbox
- Respond to emails
- Schedule, quote \& track shipments
- Pack small orders
- Submit orders to our warehouse
- E\-mail Invoices
- Credit Card Processing
- Local errands
- Personal shopping
- Small household chores
- High school degree or equivalent
- Driver's License \& Car
- Office experience (1 year Preferred)
- Microsoft Office/Google Drive proficient (Preferred)
- Experience with Quickbooks (Preferred)
- Excellent organizational skills
- Professional and courteous communication skills (in person/ phone/ email)
- Background Check required
- Lives within 30 minutes of East Moriches
- Must like cats!
- Flexible: about 30 hours per week
