We are seeking a strategic and hands\-on Senior HR Business Partner (Sr. HRBP) to support our North America operations. This role will serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders across Commercial, Research \& Development, and Manufacturing/Operations, driving people strategies that enable business performance and organizational growth.
In addition to core HR business partnering, this role will provide oversight of U.S. benefits administration, payroll operations, and HR compliance, while collaborating cross\-functionally and with corporate headquarters to enhance policies, programs, and employee experience.
This is a high\-impact role requiring both strategic influence and operational execution.

Job Summary
Duties \& Responsibilities
Strategic HR Business Partnership
- Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership across Commercial, R\&D, and Manufacturing/Operations functions.
- Align HR strategies with business objectives, workforce planning, and organizational design.
- Coach leaders on performance management, employee engagement, talent development, and change management.
- Lead and support organizational transformations, restructuring, and workforce optimization initiatives.
- Employee Relations \& Performance Management
- Provide guidance on complex employee relations matters, ensuring fair, consistent, and compliant practices.
- Drive performance management processes, including talent reviews, succession planning, and development planning.
- Partner with managers to address performance issues and build leadership capability.
- Oversee U.S. benefits administration, including medical, dental, vision, retirement, and wellness programs.
- Partner with brokers and vendors to ensure competitive, compliant, and cost\-effective benefit offerings.
- Support annual open enrollment, benefits communication, and continuous improvement of programs.
- Support payroll processing for US team.
- Provide oversight of U.S. payroll operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness.
- Partner with Finance and external vendors to resolve issues and optimize payroll processes.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local wage and hour laws.
- Partner with Environmental, Safety \& Health (ESH) teams to support workplace safety initiatives and compliance.
- Ensure HR policies and practices align with OSHA and other regulatory requirements.
- Support audits, reporting, and training initiatives related to safety and compliance.
- Oversee HR administrative functions to ensure efficient and high\-quality service delivery.
- Drive process improvements across HR operations, systems, and employee lifecycle processes.
- Support HRIS and data integrity initiatives.
- Partner with global headquarters to develop and enhance HR policies, procedures, and programs.
- Ensure alignment between global standards and U.S./North America regulatory requirements.
- Contribute to global HR initiatives, including culture, engagement, and talent programs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 8 years of progressive HR experience, including HR Business Partner roles required
- Experience supporting commercial, R\&D, and manufacturing environments strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated experience with U.S. benefits administration and payroll oversight.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. employment laws and regulations.
- Experience working in a global or matrixed organization.
- Proven ability to influence senior leaders and drive organizational change.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem\-solving skills.
- SHRM\-SCP or SPHR strongly preferred
- Experience in ISO and/or FDA environments is a plus
- Ability to work with cross\-functional teams
- PC literate with MS Office applications
- Strong sense of urgency and due time
- Ability to handle multiple tasks with an awareness of deadlines and responsiveness.
- Demonstrated commitment to accuracy and quality while meeting goals or deadlines.
- Strong communication skills with all company levels and a strong attention to detail
- Speaking Mandarin is a plus
- International experience a plus
