Join Our Team as a Commercial HVAC Technician

- Maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting HVAC systems
- Able to work independently while coordinating with the main office
- Diagnosing mechanical and electrical malfunctions; repairing or replacing damaged components
- Performing regularly scheduled preventive maintenance
- Building strong customer relationships and understanding customer needs and expectations
- Building Automation Systems (BAS)
- Industrial/Institutional boiler and chiller service
- Food Service
- Site Lead Technician roles across various environments including:
- + Industrial plants
- Clean driving record
- Ability to work effectively with technicians, administrative staff, and customers
- Willingness to work some overtime, weekends, or holidays when needed
- Strong understanding of commercial HVAC/R systems and controls
- Efficient on paperwork and time entry
- Willingness to continuously learn, train, and expand technical capabilities

* Sign on Bonus: Up to $5,000 depending on experience
* Salary Range: $65,000–$95,000
* Travel: Minimal (typically in Cleveland/Akron, Ohio area within a 60\-mile radius)
* Specialties: Advanced HVAC service
* Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
