Trauma (EMDR, IFS, Brainspotting, Somatic work)
Couples (Gottman, EFT, or similar models)
What You’ll Do
Provide individual and/or couples therapy
Conduct assessments and create treatment plans
Deliver evidence\-based care
Track client progress and maintain documentation
Collaborate with a supportive clinical team
Compensation
60/40 split (you keep 60%)
$76,500 – $103,500\+ estimated annually (based on \~25 sessions/week)
CEU support available
Requirements
Fully licensed in Texas (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT)
This position is not for associates
