NNR Group is seeking a proactive and detail\-oriented Administrative Assistant to support the daily operations of a premier professional services firm in Fairfax. Core Responsibilities:
* Operational Support: Provide comprehensive administrative assistance, including high\-accuracy data entry, document preparation, and digital filing.
* Communication Management: Act as a professional point of contact by managing inbound calls, monitoring team emails, and handling corporate correspondence.
* Calendar Coordination: Schedule internal meetings and client appointments while maintaining accurate, up\-to\-date team calendars.
* Database Integrity: Maintain accurate records within internal systems and update databases to ensure 100% data reliability.
* Facility Coordination: Monitor office supply inventory, manage vendor deliveries, and assist with general office organization.
* Project Assistance: Support management with the preparation of reports and presentations, as well as various ad hoc projects as needed.
Requirements:
* Experience: 1–3 years of proven administrative or office support experience in a professional corporate setting.
* Education: High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is highly preferred.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Familiarity with modern office software and CRM tools is a plus.
* Communication: Strong written and verbal skills with a customer\-service mindset.
* Attributes: Exceptional organizational skills, the ability to work independently, and a commitment to maintaining total confidentiality.
Pay: $20\.00 \- $24\.00 per hour
