We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and support. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast\-paced environment.
Duties
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage incoming calls and inquiries using phone systems, providing accurate information and assistance.
- Utilize computerized systems for patient check\-in/check\-out processes, ensuring accuracy in data entry.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including filing, typing, and managing correspondence.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area to enhance the guest experience.
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer support.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and other office software applications.
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills to handle inquiries professionally.
- Previous experience as a medical receptionist or in a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work independently while also being an effective team player.
- Experience as a personal assistant is a plus, showcasing organizational abilities and multitasking skills.
