Duties
- Operate multi\-line phone systems, answer inquiries, and route calls efficiently using excellent phone etiquette
- Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital, ensuring easy retrieval of documents and records
- Assist with calendar management and scheduling appointments for staff or executives
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally via phone or email
- Proofread correspondence, reports, and documents to ensure clarity and accuracy
- Perform general office management duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining office equipment, and coordinating personal assistant tasks as needed
- Proven office experience with strong clerical and administrative skills
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively
- Strong typing skills with attention to detail for data entry and proofreading responsibilities
- Demonstrated customer service skills with professional phone etiquette and interpersonal communication
- Previous experience in office management or as a personal assistant is advantageous
- Ability to handle confidential information discreetly while maintaining a positive attitude in a fast\-paced environment
