What we expect from you

The ideal Shift Supervisor candidate is a confident decision maker who is ready to learn. Must be an effective communicator bot verbally and in written form. This individual should be willing and ready to lead a team each shift and help train team members. In this role you will:

• Train and reinforce food safety procedures and maintain a safe working environment
• Manage food and labor costs.
• Follow company policies and operating systems
• Provide team member training
• Anticipate issues and take corrective actions during shift
• Reports to the Assistant and General Managers

Requirements:

You must be willing and able to:

• Stand and move for most \- if not all \- of your shift
• Use restaurant equipment such as a headset, register or grill
• Follow brand standards and guidelines to prepare great food, serve our customers and maintain a clean restaurant that you're proud to work in
• Secure reliable transportation to travel to your home store and other locations (restaurants, area office, etc.) occasionally for training and other tasks

Compensation: $12\.00/hr. \- $15\.00/hr.
