Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and organized part time (20 hours/wk) Administrative Assistant to join our Early Intervention Agency. Duties
- Utilize strong computer skills to maintain accurate data entry and ensure office systems run smoothly
- Provide general administrative support including answering phones, requesting records, ensuring all required documents are on file, and managing emails
- Maintain accurate and up\-to\-date client records in compliance with confidentiality standards
- Assist with data entry, reporting, and document preparation
- Support billing and insurance documentation processes as needed
- Manage office supplies and assist with basic office organization
- Perform other administrative and clerical duties as assigned to support program operations
- Proven clerical or administrative experience in an office setting, preferably within healthcare or early intervention services
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast\-paced environment
- Strong phone etiquette skills
- Bilingual abilities are a plus to better serve diverse families and community members
- Demonstrated office management skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly while maintaining professionalism at all times
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher preferred
- Previous administrative or office support experience preferred, ideally in healthcare, education, or social services
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office technology
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
- Comfortable multitasking and adapting to changing priorities
- Self starter who works well both independently and in a team
- Experience working in early intervention, pediatric services, or a related field highly preferred
