Duties

  • Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments with precision and attention to detail.
  • Handle multi\-line phone systems with professionalism, practicing excellent phone etiquette and providing outstanding customer service.
  • Prepare, proofread, and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools.
  • Oversee office operations including filing, data entry, bookkeeping with QuickBooks, and maintaining organized records.
  • Greet visitors at the front desk, direct inquiries efficiently, and provide exceptional customer support.
  • Assist with personal tasks for executives as needed, including travel arrangements and calendar management.
  • Support office management activities such as supply ordering, facility coordination, and ensuring a welcoming environment.
  • Experience

  • Proven office experience or administrative experience in a professional setting.
  • Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and data entry skills.
  • Experience managing multi\-line phone systems and demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
  • * Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to support diverse client interactions.

  • Familiarity with clerical tasks such as proofreading, filing, and organizational skills are essential.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle time management effectively while prioritizing multiple responsibilities in a fast\-paced environment.
