What You’ll Do
- Accurately enter and review customer orders in a custom order‑entry system
- Validate measurements, dimensions, pricing, and specifications prior to production
- Interpret technical drawings and special ordering instructions
- Communicate with customers, sales, and internal manufacturing teams
- Proactively follow up on pending or incomplete orders
- Manage specialty and technical order requirements
- Issue credits and no‑charge orders according to company process
- Follow SOPs, quality standards, and 5S guidelines
- Support business needs, including regular mandatory overtime
- Self‑starter who works independently and takes ownership of results
- High attention to detail—accuracy is critical
- Comfortable working with measurements, dimensions, and specifications
- Call‑center or customer‑facing experience in manufacturing, medical, or financial services
- Strong data entry and computer skills (Word, Excel, CRM/order systems)
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to meet productivity standards (typing and 10‑key experience preferred)
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of 2 years of data entry, office or call center customer service experience
- Proficiency with MS office Products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook and order entry systems
- Solid computer work experience with PC or Web based CRM applications and databases
- Customer facing communication experience
- Strong data entry proficiency typing 40 WPM, 10\-key 8,000 KPM
- Full\-time Remote with 3\-4 weeks onsite initial training
- 8\-10\-hour shifts
- Day shift
- Monday\-Friday
