The Clinical Administrative Coordinator is responsible for the completion of set processes and protocols. Works cooperatively with all members of the care team to support the vision and mission of the organization, deliver excellent customer service. Supports the team in meeting clinical and service goals. Clinical Administrative Coordinator will be asked, at times, to complete outbound calls to members for survey purposes.
Schedule: This is full\-time (40 hours/week). Schedule is Monday through Friday 8am\-5pm.
Location: Remote in the state of Kentucky within commutable distance to Louisville, KY. Expectation to commute to Louisville, KY office as needed.

- as you take on some tough challenges.
- Retrieve, organize, and distribute caseload and performance metric reports to managers and the director
- Manage lists of members identified for care management and assign cases to appropriate staff
- Prepare slide decks and materials for biweekly Interdisciplinary Care Team (ICT) meetings
- Assist with onboarding new hires, including outreach, ordering equipment, and submitting system access requests
- Plan and coordinate on‑site team meetings, including booking hotels, arranging restaurants, and preparing agendas
- Fax Care Plans and other documents to medical offices
- Review, reconcile, and approve member mailings to ensure accuracy
- Collaborate with other internal departments to support daily workflows
- Perform additional administrative tasks as assigned

- High School Diploma/GED
- 2\+ years of experience in the healthcare industry or health insurance environment OR 1\+ years of experience in an administrative or office support role
- Intermediate level of proficiency with Microsoft Word and Outlook (email and calendar management)
- Intermediate level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Access to a designated quiet workspace in your home (separated from non\-workspace areas) with the ability to secure Protected Health Information (PHI)
- Live in a location that can receive a UnitedHealth Group approved high\-speed internet connection or leverage an existing high\-speed internet service
- Reside in the state of Kentucky within commutable distance to Louisville, KY
- Willing and able to commute to the Louisville, KY office as needed (for training, meetings, community events, etc.)
- Prior work at home experience
- 1\+ years of experience working in medical terminology
- Experience working within the health care Industry and with health care insurance
- Experience working in a hospital, physician's office or medical clinic setting
- A clerical or administrative support background
- Strong oral and written communication skills \- specifically telephone skills
- Demonstrated effective organizational skills and scheduling skills as observed in day\-to\-day work
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent interpersonal and problem\-solving skills
- Attention to detail, as observed in day\-to\-day work
