Job Description and Duties
The California Conservation Corps (CCC) is seeking an Analyst II, will consider Analyst I, to support statewide Corpsmember training and development programs. In this role, you will work as part of a small team to improve training, curriculum, data systems, and resources that help Corpsmembers succeed at one of over 25 statewide locations across the state. Your work will include developing and updating training materials to increase retention and engagement, coordinating in\-person and virtual training events from Headquarters or one of the CCC centers, supporting the Learning Management System (LMS), and working with vendors, field staff, and subject matter experts to keep curriculum current and accessible.
You will also analyze program data, prepare reports, manage grants and project timelines, and support communication efforts across the organization. This includes tracking competencies and Corpsmember progress, helping field offices use systems like Salesforce and the LMS, and maintaining program standards. The position also provides technical assistance, supports conferences and meetings, and helps ensure tools, surveys, and systems meet the needs of staff and Corpsmembers.

Working Conditions
Approximately 25% travel enables the Analyst to meet staff and Corpsmembers at their centers throughout the year to ensure the tools and training provided from HQ are meeting their needs. This may entail some long drives and occasional flights.
This position is classified as “Hybrid” and is currently eligible for full time telework due to on\-going renovations at CCC Headquarters (HQ) located at 1719 24th Street, Sacramento, CA. However:
- You may be occasionally required to work from the CCC Sacramento Center location (570 Bercut Drive, Sacramento, CA) based on business need (printing, mailing, meetings, etc.).
- Once HQ renovations are complete, you will be notified and the in\-office reporting location will revert to HQ (anticipated return is mid\-May or later) and this position will revert to a “Hybrid” schedule of up to three days of telework per week, with a minimum of two days of in\-office work.
- Effective July 1, 2026, there is a Statewide mandate that requires a work schedule of four days of in\-office work per week for all “Hybrid ” eligible positions.
