The Reality Check:

Are you tired of the "Top 10" grind? If you’re over the 70\-hour weeks we should talk. We are a well\-established, multi\-industry CPA firm that doesn't believe "busy season" should mean "no life." We don't pretend to pay the highest salaries in the city, but we offer a trade\-off: True flexibility and your weekends back. Why Join Us?

* Zero Weekend Policy: Even during busy season, we protect our time. We work 10\-hour days (Mon–Fri), but we do not work weekends. We value our team's mental health.

* The Friday Perk: From May through December, we work a compressed week—we get off early every Friday.

* Hybrid Flexibility: We love the collaboration of an in\-office team, but we provide one scheduled remote day per week, plus "as\-needed" flexibility for life’s curveballs.

* Modern Tech Stack: We are cloud\-based with a paperless workflow, utilizing a modern practice management system, client portals, and QuickBooks (Online \& Desktop).

What You’ll Do:

* Own the Space: Lead the accounting and financial reporting for our nonprofit client portfolio.

* Expert Compliance: Handle Form 990 preparation and stay ahead of the curve on nonprofit\-specific tax and accounting standards.

* High\-Level Advising: Act as a fractional controller or trusted advisor for mission\-driven leaders who need your expertise to grow.

* Collaborate: Serve as the nonprofit subject matter expert for the firm, providing high\-level insights when our other industry teams encounter tax\-exempt or fund\-accounting complexities.

The Vibe:

I’m looking for someone who is my equal or better. I don't want a "yes\-man" or a data entry clerk; I want a sharp, self\-motivated professional who can take the reins of our nonprofit wing and run it with excellence.
