    YOUR SCHEDULE AS A DISPATCHER \- ASSISTANT ADMINISTRATOR: 10am \- 6pm

    MAKE A DIFFERENCE AS A DISPATCHER \- ASSISTANT ADMINISTRATOR:

    You are the central hub of all activity, skillfully prioritizing calls and dispatching our professional plumbers to homes and businesses in need. You maintain a constant flow of communication, providing clear updates to customers and technicians, and ensuring everyone stays informed. From managing work orders and inventory logs to handling invoicing and event coordination, you are the force that keeps our team connected and our operations running seamlessly.

    DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?

  • 2\+ years of experience in dispatching
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to multitask in a fast\-paced environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer\-centric approach
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage projects and prioritize tasks
  • Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment
  • Strong problem\-solving skills and a high level of confidentiality
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Team\-oriented with a positive and motivating attitude
  • Experience in plumbing, HVAC, or electrical dispatching is preferred
  • Previous experience with House Call Pro is a bonus!
