Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently.
  • General office support involving filing and data entry.
  • Organize and maintain physical and electronic files related to automotive operations.
  • Support the sales and service teams by coordinating paperwork and customer records.
  • Answer inbound phone calls and direct calls to the appropriate department
  • File vehicle, parts and service records as needed.
  • Prepare reports and documentation as needed for management review.
  • Maintain office supplies and liaise with vendors and suppliers.
  • Perform other administrative duties to help the dealership run smoothly.
  • Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are a plus.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within the automotive industry, is beneficial.
