Responsibilities
- Answer phone promptly, providing accurate information or routing calls efficiently
- Maintain organized filing systems, including digital files using Google Workspace and Microsoft Office tools
- Perform data entry, proofread documents, and handle correspondence with precision and clarity
- Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings for staff members or executives
- Assist with office management tasks such as supply inventory, photocopying, and document preparation
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries via phone or email with courteous and effective communication
- Support bookkeeping activities using QuickBooks or similar accounting software when needed
- Handle clerical duties such as typing reports, maintaining records, and managing incoming/outgoing mail
- Proven office experience in administrative or clerical roles, ideally within a professional environment
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
- Bilingual skills are highly desirable to effectively communicate with diverse clients and team members
- Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast\-paced setting
