Join our team at MaxLife Team as a Front Desk Receptionist. Are you passionate about making a difference and helping others manage and improve their health? As a Front Desk Receptionist, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our members receive exceptional support regarding their weight loss journey. We're looking for motivated, kind, dynamic individuals to join our team and become key contributors to MaxLife’s mission.

Your Role: As a Front Desk Receptionist, you'll be our valued customers' primary point of contact. Your responsibilities include providing support regarding patient medication, billing, scheduling doctor's appointments and more. All patient contact is virtual (mostly by phone), and you'll work along side a team of about 10 people in an office of about 20 people.

  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service through phone and email, addressing questions and resolving issues.
  • Using our selected user\-friendly software to manage customer interactions, orders, and schedules.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer service experience.
  • Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of customer service experience.
  • Strong and effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using phone and computer systems for customer interactions.
  • Positive attitude and commitment to excellent customer service.
  • Previous experience in healthcare and/or startup companies is a plus!
  • Open to working a flexible schedule.
  • Job Type: Full\-time

    Pay: $22\.00 \- $24\.00 per hour
