We're looking for an organized, detail\-oriented professional to support our catering sales team. This role is an excellent entry point for candidates eager to grow into a catering sales career — you'll gain hands\-on exposure to every stage of the client experience, from first inquiry to final menu.
Key Responsibilities
Client Communication Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries via email. Respond promptly and professionally to questions about menus, availability, and event logistics. Coordinate follow\-up communications and maintain accurate records of all correspondence.
Menu Card Creation Design and produce polished, branded menu cards for events using templates or design tools. Collaborate with the culinary and sales teams to ensure accuracy of offerings, pricing, and dietary callouts. Update materials as menus evolve seasonally.
General Office Support Assist the catering sales team with day\-to\-day administrative tasks including scheduling, filing, data entry, and maintaining organized client files. Support the preparation of proposals, contracts, and event orders as directed by senior staff.
What We're Looking For
- Strong written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Experience with Canva, Adobe, or similar design tools (a plus)
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Interest in hospitality, food \& beverage, or events
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast\-paced environment
- Experience with TPP (Total Party Planner) — a huge plus

Growth Path
This role is designed as a launchpad into catering sales. High\-performing team members will be considered for advancement into a catering sales coordinator or catering sales manager role, with mentorship from senior sales staff and direct exposure to client\-facing selling, site tours, and contract negotiation.

Pay: $17\.00 \- $23\.00 per hour
