With a global team of around 40 employees and a hands on leadership style, the business values quality of life, flexibility, and outcomes over process for the sake of it. As the company continues to grow, the CEO requires a trusted partner to create leverage, improve focus, and ensure priorities are executed with precision.
We are seeking an Executive Assistant to the CEO to act as a true right hand support across both business and personal commitments. The Executive Assistant to the CEO will manage priorities, protect time, and bring order to a non linear, fast paced environment while working closely with the COO, leadership team, and external stakeholders.

- Coordinating meetings, travel, logistics, and communications across business and personal commitments
- Acting as the central point of coordination between CEO, leadership team, and external partners
- Working alongside a remote Personal Assistant while coordinating household logistics
- Anticipating needs, solving problems proactively, and ensuring seamless day to day execution
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant to the CEO or in a similar high level support role
- Exceptional organisation, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing priorities
- Confidence working with senior stakeholders and operating independently
- Strong communication skills and discretion when handling sensitive information
- A proactive, grounded mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and take ownership without direction
