Senior Executive Assistant to the CEO
We are seeking a highly capable, proactive Senior Executive Assistant to support the CEO across multiple operating businesses and personal administrative matters. This is a high\-trust, high\-impact role that combines executive support, personal assistance, and coordination across several business entities.
The CEO oversees multiple ventures across healthcare, real estate, and events, including Curiex, Rainier CRC, Seattle CRC, Kobe Park Events, and Kobe Park Building. This role will help ensure the CEO operates efficiently by managing schedules, communications, travel, and administrative priorities while coordinating activities across multiple organizations.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail\-oriented, and able to operate independently across both professional and personal domains. This position is well suited for an experienced Executive Assistant who enjoys working in a dynamic entrepreneurial environment and thrives on solving problems and keeping complex operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities Executive Support
- Manage and optimize a complex executive calendar across multiple businesses
- Triage incoming communications and draft responses and respond on behalf of the CEO
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements
- Prepare materials, summaries, and follow\-ups for meetings
- Assist with contract review and document organization
- Conduct research and prepare concise summaries to support decision\-making
- Support coordination across multiple business entities including Curiex and affiliated organizations
- Assist with due diligence processes by collecting, organizing, and tracking documentation
- Conduct research and synthesize findings into clear summaries
- Track key projects, deadlines, and deliverables across organizations
- Liaise with attorneys, accountants, vendors, and business partners
- Help organize information related to strategic initiatives and transactions
- Manage personal calendar, appointments, and scheduling
- Coordinate home services, contractors, and maintenance
- Handle gift purchasing and personal errands
- Assist with personal email review and organization
- Support travel and logistics planning for personal matters
- Troubleshoot basic technology issues and coordinate with IT support when needed
- Organize digital files and document systems (SharePoint, cloud storage, etc.)
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and organization
- 5–10\+ years of experience supporting senior executives, founders, or business leaders
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast\-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools
- Bachelor's Degree (Required)
- Experience in healthcare, professional services, or finance
- Experience supporting multiple business entities or projects
