Description
SAIC is seeking a Program Analyst Team Manager to support the Integrated Battle Command System (IBCS) program out of Huntsville, Alabama.
NOTE: This position is in Huntsville, Alabama. The candidate will primarily work from home but should be willing to attend in\-person meetings in Huntsville, Alabama one to three times per week.
Job Details:
Assist with contract management, guidelines, timelines and review in correlation with the PM and/or Task Leads.
- Maintain business/program schedules
- Manage assigned administrative assigned duties
- Review project costs and billings and ensure accuracy
- Participate in monthly/year\-end close activities
- Assist in developing annual plans, and monthly/quarterly financial forecasts
- Provide forecasting estimates
- Maintain charts to monitor expenditures/remaining funds
- Report CLIN tracking information to PC, PM and DPM monthly and when risks are identified concerning any of these CLINs
- Track anticipated and committed travel and material cost details
- Review Travel Estimates
- Audit Expense Reports
- Maintain Travel Actuals (Estimates vs Actuals)
- Review, approve and input OEM/Sub\-contractor Travel Approvals
- Maintain \& Manage Personnel Movement Tracker \& Meetings to support
- Participate in Key Leadership Meetings
- Collaborate with PM and DPM on Process Improvement for the Program
- Communicate any OEM/Sub\-Contractor concerns regarding procurement to PC, PM and/or DPM as needed
- Bachelors and ten (10\) years or more of related experience
- Well versed in multiple program DOD support process and guidelines.
- Must understand CONUS and OCONUS travel regulations, limitations, and requirements.
- Experience with agency contracting office, drafting, modifications, and purchase orders.
- Working knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) regulations.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
- Detail\-oriented, Strong interpersonal skills, professional demeanor.
- Must be able to prioritize diverse tasks and recognize when priorities change.
- Ability to work on multiple tasks, with deadlines, and priorities in an environment with frequent interruptions.
- Must show initiative, require minimal supervision, and be flexible with changing priorities.
- Must possess a desire to learn while working and ability to interact professionally with all levels of staff.
- The ability to appropriately handle sensitive and confidential information is essential.
- Must have an active Secret Security Clearance.
