About Align Therapy Collective
Align Therapy Collective is a new practice, founded by a therapist for therapists. We were built on a straightforward premise: when clinicians are supported, clients get better care.
We are not a referral marketplace or a gig platform. We are a real practice with the infrastructure, community, and clinical culture that private practice promises but rarely delivers.

Founded and led by Colleen Hilton, LMFT, we are building our founding team of therapists across Washington state and looking for clinicians who want to do meaningful work without building everything themselves.
What Align Provides
You focus on clinical work. We handle the rest:
- Complete billing and claims management
- Free credentialing \& contracting with major insurers
- Integrated EHR, scheduling, and telehealth platform
- Marketing and steady referrals to build and maintain a full caseload
- Dedicated intake and scheduling support
- Supervision for pre\-licensed associates
- Pathways \& supervision for licensed clinicians seeking to become approved supervisors
- A clinical community — professional development, peer connection, and real events
- Carry a caseload of individual and or couples clients via telehealth, at a volume that matches your availability and goals
- Conduct intake assessments and develop treatment plans that reflect your clinical judgment
- Maintain timely documentation within our EHR system
- Participate in regular clinical consultation and community touchpoints with the Align team
- Maintain licensure in good standing and complete required continuing education
- For associates: attend supervision and track hours toward licensure requirements

- Supervision available for pre\-licensed associates
- You are licensed or pre\-licensed in Washington state (LMFT, LCSW, LMHC, or PhD/PsyD)
- You are telehealth\-competent and comfortable working in a virtual\-first environment (in\-person options in 2027\)
- You want a full caseload without spending unpaid hours on marketing, billing, or admin
- You value being part of a clinical community, not just a contractor relationship

Role Responsibilities
Compensation
Full\-Time (W2\) – 24\+ client hours weekly
Part\-Time (Independent Contractor) – 8\-20 client hours weekly
