Data Entry Clerk - Accounts Payable

BASIS Ed is seeking an entry\-level Data Entry Clerk located at our Central Office in Scottsdale to start ASAP!

Location \& Schedule: This position is based in Scottsdale, AZ and requires regular in\-office attendance. The current schedule is hybrid (in\-office Monday, Wednesday, and Friday; remote Tuesday and Thursday), though the role may transition to fully in\-office in the future. The standard working hours for this role are 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM.

This role will support our Accounts Payable team and focus primarily on accurate data entry, document processing, and clerical support. No prior accounting experience is required; training will be provided.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Enter invoice and vendor data accurately into internal systems
  • Scan, upload, and organize financial documents
  • Verify data for accuracy and completeness
  • Assist with basic clerical and administrative tasks
  • Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Basic computer and data entry skills
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently
