What we are looking for: Banderas in Pink \& Associates is looking for a Director of Operations to handle all finances and bookkeeping for its clients, be an executive assistant to President John Banderas, and an administrative and coordination assistant.

Duties Include:
- General administrative work such as emails, correspondence, document filing, basic office maintenance, and phone call handling
- Bookkeeping duties such as receipt management and expense reports
- Creation of financial statements, P\&L’s, general ledger reports, and balance sheets
- Data entry, bank reconciliation, record financial transactions, payroll administration
- Collecting payments and invoicing
- Generating income statements, monthly and year\-end reports, and managing all business expenses
- Client communications with follow\-ups when needed
- Organizing client files, business files (digital and hard copy), budgeting, and more
- Assisting tax advisors with preparing files for tax filings during the appropriate times.
- Meeting deadlines and working efficiently to complete all tasks on time. \- Working closely with management to make sure businesses and clients are all satisfied with the services being provided
- Calendar and scheduling management
- Clerical support when needed
- Assist John in creating client gifts, running errands, setting up team meetings and consultations, and related errands
- Attend in\-person stand\-up meetings
- Experience with Microsoft Suite, Canva, Zoom, Dialpad phone software, and Google Drive
- Experience with accounting software like FreshBooks or QuickBooks (We use FreshBooks)
- General Accounting or Bookkeeping skills
- Attention to detail and organization

- Spanish speaking
- Marketing skills using Canva or similar software
- Active CTEC and PTIN License
- A.A. or B.A. Degree in a similar field
- Sales, banking, or accounting experience
- $18\.50\-$21\.50 an hour, depending on experience
- 1099 Contractor
- Annual Holiday Bonus, if quotas are met
- We will coordinate the schedule
- 12\-20 hours a week, Monday\-Sunday
- Morning, Afternoon, and Evening Shifts till 7 pm max
