Duties
- Manage owners every day operations, with professionalism and confidence
- Answer multiple emails promptly, courteously, and efficiently, providing excellent customer service and support
- Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to maintain accurate records and ensure clear communication
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace tools for document creation, scheduling, and correspondence
- Oversee calendar management for team members, scheduling appointments, meetings, and reminders with precision
- Handle basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar accounting software to support financial accuracy
- Support office management activities including supply inventory, organization of files, and maintaining a tidy workspace
- Proven office experience with a strong background in clerical tasks and administrative support
- Demonstrated proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and data entry tools
- Prior customer service experience with a focus on customer support and problem resolution
- Familiarity with office management procedures such as filing systems, calendar coordination, and document proofreading
- Personal assistant is a must showcasing organizational skills in fast\-paced environments
