About the RoleTurn Your Passion for Sales, Communication, and Helping People Into a Career With Purpose

Are you someone who thrives on meaningful conversations, builds trust quickly, and knows how to help people take action?

Do you enjoy leading conversations on the phone, handling objections with confidence, and helping people make decisions that genuinely improve their lives?

Iowa Spine and Performance is hiring a Patient Sales Representative to serve as the first real point of contact for prospective patients. This role is ideal for someone who can connect quickly, guide conversations with confidence, and help the right people take the next step toward getting help.

In this role, you will speak with prospective patients who have responded to our marketing, called the office, or otherwise shown interest in working with us. (NO COLD CALLS) Your job is to understand what they are dealing with, determine whether we are the right fit, address questions or objections when needed, and help qualified people book and attend a Discovery Visit.

We are looking for someone who is confident on the phone, coachable, organized, and motivated by helping people make confident decisions for themselves.

We are not interested in getting people through the door just to make a sale. We care deeply about helping the right people make the right decision. Your role will be essential in determining who we can help, who we cannot, and how each person’s experience with our clinic begins.

This is not a passive admin or scheduling role. It is a sales role with structure, coaching, accountability, and real opportunity for growth. At Iowa Spine and Performance, you will receive ongoing training, feedback, and support to improve your communication, objection handling, and conversion skills over time.

About Iowa Spine and PerformanceWhat We’re Building

Iowa Spine and Performance was built on a simple belief: our patients deserve better than the traditional healthcare model.

Most of the people we work with have already tried physical therapy, chiropractic care, or other treatments and are still dealing with the same problem. They are frustrated, confused, and looking for real answers—not temporary fixes.

Our approach is different.

We combine hands\-on care with progressive rehab in 60\-minute one\-on\-one sessions, giving patients a clear plan and a defined path to getting back to the activities they love. Our focus is on identifying and fixing the root cause of the problem so patients can achieve long\-term results.

We are growing quickly and building a clinic that delivers a high\-level experience, real results, and a better standard of care.

We are also building a company where driven individuals can grow. Sales training, communication development, and leadership opportunities are part of the path here.

If you want to grow your skills, do work that matters, and be part of a company with momentum and a clear vision, we would love to meet you.

As a Patient Sales Representative at Iowa Spine and Performance, you are often the first real conversation a prospective patient has with our clinic. Your ability to connect, lead the conversation, and help the right people take the next step directly impacts how many lives we are able to change.
