Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Secretary \& Inventory Specialist to join our team! This vital role combines administrative excellence with inventory management, ensuring smooth office operations and accurate stock control. You will be responsible for organizing Cannabis Brands and stocking and receiving inventory in one of the leading dispensaries in NM. The ideal candidate will be energetic, detail\-oriented, and possess strong multitasking skills. The most important skill you can have is organization and process improvement. You must be proactive constantly looking to improve processes in the back office and help foster a productive environment and streamline administrative processes.

Duties

  • Manage backoffice operations, receiving, sorting and categorizing inventory in the stockroom and improving office flow operations.
  • Oversee inventory control by tracking stock levels and coordinating restocking efforts with management.
  • Perform data entry tasks with high accuracy, including updating spreadsheets and inventory logs using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools
  • Qualifications

  • Proven experience in office administration or clerical roles with strong organizational skills
  • Knowledge of office management practices, filing systems, and calendar management tools
  • Demonstrated customer service skills with professional phone etiquette and support capabilities
  • Personal assistant or administrative experience is a plus but not required

Pay: $17\.00 \- $18\.00 per hour
