Executive Support Volunteer (Remote)
Rowdy Girl Sanctuary
Rowdy Girl Sanctuary is seeking a mission\-aligned volunteer to provide occasional remote administrative support to the Founder and Executive Director.
This volunteer role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, dependable, and aligned with animal rights and vegan values. This role may include helping with email organization, scheduling, document organization, Zoom meeting notes, follow\-up, and other light administrative tasks as needed.
This is a remote volunteer opportunity with a flexible schedule. Availability may vary from week to week based on current needs. Some weekday availability with overlap in Central Time is preferred.
About Rowdy Girl Sanctuary
Rowdy Girl Sanctuary is the first documented beef cattle ranch in the world to go vegan and become a sanctuary for farmed animals. Based in Texas, Rowdy Girl Sanctuary works to rescue animals, inspire cultural change, and challenge the way the world views farmed animals.
Volunteer Focus
The Executive Support Volunteer provides occasional administrative and organizational assistance to help the Executive Director stay organized and supported.
Qualifications
Passion for animal rights and alignment with a vegan ethic is fundamental to this role
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Clear written communication
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
Comfort working independently in a remote setting
Experience with Google Workspace, email, calendars, and shared documents is required
