Glastender, Inc., a family\-owned manufacturer of bar and restaurant equipment, is seeking a part\-time Administrative Assistant with advanced Microsoft Office skills and a passion for organization and precision. Your work will play a key role in supporting internal operations and maintaining high standards across the organization.
What You'll Do
In this part\-time role, the Administrative Assistant provides advanced administrative support with a primary focus on creating, formatting, and controlling company documents, forms, and presentations. This role is responsible for ensuring documents are accurate, consistent, and aligned with company standards. All work is performed in accordance with established procedures and standard practices. This position does not require Human Resources expertise. New employees are supported through a well\-established, comprehensive training and onboarding program to ensure consistency, quality, and success.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, format, and maintain Human Resources department documents, forms, templates, and presentations with a high level of accuracy and consistency
- Control and manage document versions in accordance with established procedures and work instructions
- Organize and maintain electronic and paper filing systems for efficient retrieval and compliance
- Develop and maintain spreadsheets and tracking tools to support departmental needs
- Ensure all documents meet company formatting, branding, and standardization requirements
- Perform advanced clerical tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and file management
- Support the Human Resources department and other departments with administrative needs
- Maintain organized records and ensure proper document storage and archiving
- Assist with special projects, research, and preparation of reports or presentations
- Keep work area organized and support office efficiency through strong organizational practices
- Expert\-level proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, including advanced formatting and document design
- Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including grammar and formatting
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Ability to follow established procedures and maintain consistency in document control
- Professional demeanor and ability to support multiple departments

Qualifications Education: High School diploma or equivalent required Experience: Two to five years of advanced administrative or document management experience preferred
