Duties
- Oversee daily office operations, including managing front desk responsibilities and maintaining a welcoming environment for visitors and staff
- Handle multi\-line phone systems with professionalism, providing exceptional customer service and support
- Manage appointment scheduling, calendar coordination, and meeting arrangements for staff and executives
- Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and organization of all records
- Maintain financial records using QuickBooks accounting software, including invoicing, expense tracking, and basic bookkeeping tasks
- Support administrative functions such as typing correspondence, managing office supplies, and organizing files both physically and digitally via Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
- Provide customer support by answering inquiries via phone or email with courteous phone etiquette and professionalism
- Proficiency in QuickBooks for bookkeeping and financial management tasks
- Strong office management skills with experience in clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and proofreading
- Excellent computer literacy across Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast\-paced environment
- Bilingual abilities are a plus to support diverse client needs and enhance communication
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively while maintaining attention to detail
