THE ROLE \& RESPONSIBILITIES
At Aire MedSpa, you aren't just an "assistant"—you are the operational engine of the clinic. We are looking for a self\-managed individual to take ownership of the following:
* Clinical Support: Assisting in the treatment rooms to ensure a seamless and professional flow for the practitioners and the patients.
* Social Media Management: Executing a data\-driven social strategy through consistent posting, community engagement, and brand representation.
* VIP \& Loyalty Management: Managing our loyalty programs and VIP memberships to ensure our top\-tier clients receive a flawless, high\-touch experience.
* Guest Relations: Managing the schedule, processing payments, and educating guests on our menu of treatments.

THE ESSENTIALS
* Availability: Tuesday–Saturday 30\-35 hours a week
* Experience: Minimum 1 year of customer service or administrative experience. Must be comfortable with using and managing social media.
* The Person: You are articulate, data\-conscious, and highly organized.
Compensation: $17\.00 \- $25\.00 per hour \+ Performance Bonuses. Benefits: Employee discounts, growth opportunities, and a professional, results\-driven work environment.
