Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Moderator to join our team. As a Moderator, you will play a crucial role in creating a safe and engaging environment for our adult community members. Your primary responsibility will be to monitor and moderate online discussions, ensuring that all participants adhere to our community guidelines. You will have support from an on\-call admin whilst on shift (four and a half hours per week).
Duties:
\- Monitor online discussions and ensure compliance with community guidelines
\- Engage with community members to foster positive interactions
\- Respond to user inquiries and provide assistance when needed
\- Identify and address any inappropriate or offensive content
Experience:
\- Previous experience moderating online communities or forums
\- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
\- Empathy and good understanding of mental illness
\- Facebook groups
Safeguarding training is funded and a DBS check will be required \- also funded.
Job Type: Part\-time
Pay: $0\.01 \- $0\.02 per year
