The Office Manager will handle scheduling, client communication, job coordination, and basic administrative tasks. This role is essential in keeping the business organized and running smoothly day to day.
Responsibilities:
Schedule and manage cleaning appointments
Communicate with clients (phone, text, email)
Handle booking inquiries and provide basic quotes
Assign jobs and coordinate cleaner schedules
Send invoices and track payments
Maintain client and job records
Manage last\-minute schedule changes or cancellations
Support general office organization and workflow
Requirements:
Strong communication and organization skills
Reliable and responsive
Ability to multitask and manage scheduling
Basic computer and phone skills
Customer service or admin experience preferred
