* Technology Use: Use the firm’s legal software and systems. Must be comfortable navigating apps, portals, and communication tools.
* Scheduling: Coordinate consultations, client meetings, and calendar updates.
* Client Follow\-Up: Send or coordinate follow\-ups to leads and existing clients.
* Engagement Letters \& Invoicing: Prepare and send engagement agreements and invoices using firm templates and software.

Ideal Candidate
- Warm, friendly, and professional communication style.
- Dependable and responsive — the kind of person others trust to follow through.
- Comfortable with technology and willing to learn new systems. (We use Google Workspace and legal practice software, including but not limited to, Clio.)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Reliable, proactive, and able to manage deadlines independently.
- Excellent attention to detail — you catch things before they become problems.
- Able to work independently and exercise good judgment.
- Experience in a law firm, administrative role, or customer service is preferred.

* Employment Type: Full\-time.
* Growth: Opportunity for expanded responsibilities and long\-term development as the firm grows.
