- Year\-round, full\-time position

- To ensure coverage, lunch is taken at your station and is fully paid—meaning you are earning for every minute you are here.
- A $820\.00 Weekly Gross ($16/hr \+ guaranteed overtime)

- Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally
- Route calls to the appropriate team member or take a message
- Schedule technicians to return calls when needed
- Monitor incoming leads in real time and assign them to the appropriate staff
- Take clear and accurate messages
- Perform light administrative tasks (scanning, data lookup, basic entry, minor projects and general office support)
- Act as the face of the company by greeting guests and managing front\-office hospitality
- Maintain consistent front\-desk presence to ensure our customers receive an immediate response.
- Serve as a backup for office staff by assisting callers with scheduling and booking jobs during high call volume or emergency situations
