Duties
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office and SAP Business One for bookkeeping and administrative tasks
- Assistant with pricing excel sheets and quoting
- Organize files, documents, and correspondence through effective filing systems and proofreading to ensure accuracy
- Support office management activities such as supply ordering, inventory tracking, and general clerical duties including typing, proofreading, and filing
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally in person or via phone or email
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SAP Business one applications
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast\-paced environment
- Demonstrated experience in clerical work or administrative support roles with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail
- Exceptional phone etiquette skills combined with experience managing multi\-line phone systems
- Proven ability to handle customer service interactions professionally while maintaining a friendly demeanor
- Strong time management skills to juggle multiple responsibilities efficiently
