#### Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field
• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• At least 1 year of experience in ABA therapy preferred
• Leadership mindset and interest in professional growth
• Strong clinical and ethical decisionmaking skills
