We are a privately owned ABA provider with over 20 years in business, delivering person\-centered services across the lifespan. As demand for ABA therapy continues to grow, we are expanding intentionally — prioritizing clinical quality, ethical care, and clinician sustainability.

- Total Compensation Potential: $80K$100K\+

- Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans
- Supervise and support RBTs

- Senior Behavior Analyst roles
- Clinical leadership (Clinical Director track)

- Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- At least 1 year of experience in ABA therapy preferred
