Duties

  • Greet visitors and clients at the front desk with a friendly, professional demeanor
  • Manage multi\-line phone systems to handle incoming calls promptly and courteously
  • Assist customers via phone, email, or in person with inquiries, appointments, and service requests
  • Maintain accurate records through data entry, filing, and updating customer information using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools
  • Support office management tasks such as calendar management, appointment scheduling, and proofing documents
  • Handle clerical responsibilities including filing, photocopying, and organizing office supplies
  • Provide exceptional customer support by addressing concerns promptly and professionally while maintaining excellent phone etiquette
  • Experience

  • Prior office experience or administrative background preferred, especially in roles such as receptionist or personal assistant
  • Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
  • Experience with QuickBooks or bookkeeping is a plus for handling basic financial tasks
  • Bilingual skills are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively
  • Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a busy environment
  • Excellent typing speed and accuracy for data entry and correspondence
  • Knowledge of front desk operations, office management procedures, and clerical best practices
