We are seeking a highly organized and customer\-focused Front Desk Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for our company. This role is essential in ensuring smooth daily operations, handling tenant/owner communications, and supporting financial and administrative processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist tenants, owners, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails promptly
- Process tenant rent payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate tenant move\-ins and move\-outs, including documentation and scheduling
- Handle tenant inquiries, payment issues , and service coordination
- Maintain organized filing systems for leases, notices, and property records
- Assist with office management duties, including supplies, scheduling, and general administration
- Support property manager and team with daily operational tasks
- Ensure compliance with company policies and property management procedures

Our ideal candidate has previous administrative experience, strong communication and customer service skills, and excellent organization as well as multitasking abilities. You also need to have strong experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Excel. Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality. Basic knowledge of accounting or payment processing is a plus. Bilingual is a plus.
