Schedule: 7:45am\-5:00 pm Monday to Thursday,

Friday 7:45am to 12pm.

Entry level job.

Duties: Check in, check out patients, receive phone calls.

We are seeking an energetic and organized Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our office. In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, handle multi\-line phone systems, and provide exceptional customer service to visitors, clients, and team members. Your proactive approach and strong organizational skills will ensure smooth daily operations, creating a positive first impression for everyone who walks through our doors. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your administrative expertise in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors warmly and professionally, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Manage multi\-line phone systems, screen calls, and direct inquiries efficiently.
  • Handle appointment scheduling and calendar management using tools like Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
  • Perform data entry, filing, and maintain accurate records to support office operations.
  • Assist with clerical tasks such as proofreading documents, managing correspondence, and organizing files.
  • Support office management activities including supply inventory and basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks or similar software.
  • Provide customer support through excellent phone etiquette and responsive assistance.
  • Coordinate with team members to ensure timely communication and efficient workflow.
  • Experience

  • Previous office or administrative experience is preferred, especially in roles such as dental or medical receptionist or personal assistant.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, data entry, and filing systems.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast\-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, including bilingual abilities are a plus.
  • Experience with office management tasks such as calendar management, bookkeeping, and phone etiquette is highly desirable.
