    OTSI (Object Technology Solutions, Inc) has an immediate opening for a Department Admin Support 4

    Department Admin Support 4\. (onsite Role)

    MAJOR RESPONSIBILITES:

  • senior administrative assistant role based on\-site in the San Jose office. This is a full\-time, temporary assignment for 90 days with the potential for extension. The role will support one or two senior executives, including a vice president transitioning into a new role.
  • Core Skillset and Experience Requirements

  • Minimum 5\+ years supporting senior leaders (VP, Director, or C‑suite level)
  • Advanced calendar management, complex travel coordination, and expense reporting

  • Strong familiarity with executive travel workflows, including online booking tools and corporate travel agencies
  • High level of professional etiquette, discretion, and executive presence

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and common business applications
  • Ability to operate independently in a fast\-paced, high\-demand environment

    Emphasis on depth of executive support experience rather than industry background or formal education

  • Candidates should demonstrate readiness to support senior leaders immediately with minimal onboarding
  • Work Structure and Expectations

  • On\-site, full\-time role (Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.)
  • No remote or hybrid options; work\-from\-home Fridays are not available

    No weekend work required

  • Role does not require managing multiple time zones, despite global collaboration
