Job Summary
The Executive Assistant, Commercial Services serves as a trusted business partner to the Executive Vice President of Commercial Services, providing high‑impact administrative, organizational, and project support across the commercial platform. This role is designed for a proactive professional who brings strong hotel or hospitality experience and is eager to support and advance commercial initiatives across Sales, Revenue Management, Marketing, and Operations.
While this position provides executive support, it goes beyond traditional administrative responsibilities. The role plays an active part in coordinating and advancing commercial projects, improving workflows, and ensuring disciplined execution of priorities. Approximately 75% of the role’s focus supports the EVP of Commercial Services, with selective support for other commercial leaders as needed.
Commercial Exposure \& Example Workstreams
This role supports and contributes to commercial initiatives that span the hotel lifecycle and portfolio‑wide strategy, including but not limited to:
- Preparation and refinement of materials used for hotel ownership, brand partners, and internal leadership presentations
- Support of portfolio‑wide commercial initiatives, including technology rollouts, process improvements, and change‑management efforts
- Coordination of recurring commercial rhythms such as weekly operating calls, monthly business reviews, and commercial strategy sessions
- Interaction with hotel‑level leaders (GMs, Directors of Sales, Revenue Leaders) to synthesize inputs, gather updates, and ensure alignment with corporate commercial priorities
- Serve as the primary executive support partner to the EVP of Commercial Services, managing priorities, calendars, and meeting flow to ensure focus on high‑value, strategic work
- Support and, where appropriate, lead coordination of commercial projects and initiatives, including tracking milestones, deliverables, and follow‑ups
- Prepare, format, and refine presentations, reports, summaries, and communications for leadership, hotel teams, and ownership audiences
- Act as a connector across Sales, Revenue Management, Marketing, Operations, and Finance to ensure alignment, communication, and execution
- Maintain and continuously improve workflows related to commercial meetings, reporting cadences, and initiative tracking
- Leverage AI‑enabled tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar technologies to improve efficiency in drafting, summarizing, organizing information, and managing workflows
- Organize and synthesize information from hotels, vendors, and internal teams to support executive decision‑making
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, planning sessions, and commercial reviews (virtual and in‑person)
- Track action items and deadlines, proactively following up to ensure commitments are met
- Support onboarding and integration of new commercial team members or initiatives as needed
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Anticipate upcoming needs and proactively identify opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness across the commercial organization
- Perform other duties as assigned in support of commercial objectives
- Experience supporting executives, senior leaders, or complex teams in a fast‑paced environment
- Demonstrated comfort using modern productivity tools, including AI‑enabled workflows (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar) to streamline work and enhance output
- Strong ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines simultaneously with consistent follow‑through
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel); comfort working with reports and performance data
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Professional, confident communication style with the ability to interact effectively with senior leaders, hotel teams, and cross‑functional partners
- High level of discretion and ability to manage confidential information
- Self‑starter mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Prior executive assistant experience is beneficial, but depth of hospitality and commercial understanding is valued over years in a traditional EA role
- Full‑time, in‑office role based at Stonebridge’s corporate headquarters
- Professional office environment with extensive use of digital systems and collaboration tools
- Ability to sit for extended periods and manage multiple workstreams concurrently
- Occasional early morning or evening flexibility may be required based on business needs
This exposure requires an understanding of hotel operations, performance metrics, and the pace and complexity of hospitality environments.

Required Experience, Education, and Skills
* Hotel or hospitality industry experience strongly preferred, ideally with exposure to Sales, Revenue Management, Marketing, Operations, and/or owner interactions
