Job Title: Executive Assistant

Location: Milpitas, CA \| Onsite

Employment Type: Temp\-to\-Hire

Schedule: Monday–Friday \| 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (flexible start time possible)

Compensation: $35–$50 per hour

Possible Start Date: Monday, April 13

Job Summary:

The Executive Assistant plays a key role in supporting senior leaders and a transformation consultant in a fast\-paced, evolving environment. This position requires the ability to step in mid\-stream, quickly establish structure, and effectively manage shifting priorities. The ideal candidate is calm under pressure, highly detail\-oriented, and brings a proactive, solutions\-driven approach to changing demands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver executive\-level administrative support to senior leaders and transformation consultants
  • Manage complex, high\-volume Outlook calendars, meetings, and scheduling across multiple stakeholders
  • Coordinate meetings (in\-person and virtual), prepare agendas, track action items, and follow up to closure
  • Serve as a central point of coordination—anticipating needs, resolving conflicts, and coordinating across stakeholders
  • Support communications, document preparation, and meeting logistics using Microsoft Office / M365 tools
  • Maintain discretion and professionalism when handling confidential and sensitive information
  • Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and provide real\-time support in a fast\-paced environment
  • Qualifications

    Required:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior leaders in a fast\-paced environment
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Exceptional organizational skills, follow\-through, and attention to detail
  • Ability to work onsite in Milpitas and start immediately
  • Clear, professional communicator who can work across styles and levels
  • Comfortable operating with limited direction and making sound judgment calls
  • Preferred:

  • Experience supporting consultants, transformation initiatives, or complex projects
  • Prior contract or temp\-to\-hire experience
  • Interest in potential long\-term / full\-time conversion
  • Pay: $35\.00 \- $50\.00 per hour
