- Administers day\-to\-day operations of the ticketing system, including event builds, pricing, inventory, and seating configurations
- Ensures accurate setup of fees, discounts, accessibility seating, and event parameters in alignment with established practices
- Processes ticket sales, exchanges, refunds, and complimentary tickets in accordance with policies

- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including proofreading and editing capabilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and comfort learning new administrative systems

Job Details:
The Ticketing Services Specialist is responsible for executing a range of professional\-level administrative and operational functions supporting Ticket Services, including ticketing system administration, event financial processing, reporting, and customer service coordination. This position supports revenue\-related activities and ensures accurate financial and operational processes for ticketed events while adhering to established institutional policies and procedures. This position will be required to work all home football games, and the work schedule may include evenings and additional weekends based on event needs. Work is performed in office and event venue environments. This position reports directly to the Executive Director of The Young.
